- All packages must be paid IN FULL at time of booking
- You may cancel your package up to ONE WEEK prior to your scheduled arrival in order to receive a full refund and no penalty
- Cancellations made less than one week prior to your scheduled arrival will be accommodated less a $100 administrative fee
- All Spa and Dining reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Refunds are not available for any unused portion of the package
